Pharmacy Weight Loss Morley is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating from Morley, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medicines to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual where it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed. Our clinical decisions are final and made in the interest of patient safety.
All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a clinical assessment of your submitted medical questionnaire and any additional information requested.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist or prescriber may contact you for further information before a decision is made. You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false information may result in termination of your access to our services and could pose a risk to your health.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. If your order is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been clinically approved and a prescription issued by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier schedules.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements.
If your order is declined for clinical reasons, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. Weight loss medications carry risks and must be used strictly as directed. You should inform your GP that you are receiving treatment through our service.
We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow prescribed instructions, or misuse of medication. If you experience a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective clinical care. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
